The fuel filter will be assembled with a check valve and a microglass fuel filter element that offers finer filtration, but cannot be cleaned and reused like the stainless element. A tee is secured inline with the feed that permits the use of the OEM pressure sensor for tuning.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFrom the fuel filter another 8AN PTFE fuel hose runs through the tunnel parallel to the torque tube and into the fuel pressure regulator. Thermal insulation is included to protect the hose and vacuum tubing from the exhaust system.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe FPR secures to an aluminum mount near the brake master cylinder. The FPR has multiple high pressure ports. A SAE quick connect adapter is provided for connecting the FPR to the OEM HPFP using the stock fuel feed line. Adapter fittings and a fuel pressure gauge are provided to monitor and properly calibrate the FPR.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe OEM fuel feed line that runs from the tank to the engine bay is repurposed as a return line.
