Cut out the inner outline. This is the area you will cut along. The outer line represents how much the duct will cover up. It overlaps the cut area to provide a clean edge. The inner cut does not have to be perfect as the vent will hide much of this area. Outline this cut area with a marker. Remove the template and cut the hole. Place the template back on but cut the paper back to the outside line. This will allow you align and install the vent. Use panel bonder or 3M to attach the vent to your bumper.
