Magnetic Suspension Shock
MR-3841 is an OES rear magnetic shock for the 2015-2018 GMC Trucks (K2xx) with MagneRide. This universal shock fits both the right and the left side of the GM Trucks. The magnetically controlled shock from Arnott provides the same highly adaptive ride as the OE. The monotube damper is filled with magnetorheological fluid which is a synthetic hydrocarbon oil that contains easily magnetized iron particles. The two electromagnetic coils inside the damper instantly change the bonds between the magnetized iron particles altering the viscosity and stiffness of the suspension when turned on.
