Today's remanufactured alternator is a complex combination of inner workings, and we completely remanufacture them to our own premium standard. All terminals are cleaned and replated. The slip rings are polished or replaced to maintain proper contact. The rectifier, diodes, rotor and bearings are performance tested or replaced for maximum output. All housings are cleaned and refinished and all stators are tested for integrity and recoated for corrosion prevention.
