To use the Pedestal mount use part # 2153 chrome or #2154 black 3 1/8" gauge

Hi I’m looking for tach gauge with 0-7000 rpm I need it with out any program or add resister to make it work with my ls1 engine 2000-2002 camaro I need it for plug and play Thanks

Unfortunately nothing we have would be a "plug and play" as all of our tachometers are universal. You would need to contact our tech support at 866-248-6357 for assistance on this since we do have a few options for tachometers for you.

Can this tach (model 1478) be used on a Harley? Would like to run it on my old school shovelhead that's been outfitted with a modern electronic ignition module. Unsure if it's compatible for V twin engines.

I installed a 1478 tachometer in my project 1965 Ford Falcon electric car .I am using a HPEVS AC 51 motor with a Curtis 1239e controller and an optic isolator. The tachometer worked great until a couple days ago. Is the tachometer compatible ?

Hi,
Our tachometers are designed to work off the ignition system on a gasoline engine. The signal is a 12 volt DC square wave, 50% Duty Cycle, 2, 3, or 4 pulses per crankshaft revolution. The power supply needs to be a regulated 13.6 Volt DC. Assuming you can replicate those things with your electric vehicle, the tach should work for you.

is 79.4mm the face or body diameter? My hole is 72.2 mm. will this fit?

Hi Marty, thank you for the question. 79.4 mm is referencing the hole size. Unfortunately, 72.2 mm is a size we won't offer. The next size down from our 79.4 mm tachometers would be a hole size of 66.6 mm.
