Thank you for the question. The 15007 will not fit the '99 model Suburban. We have no compatible steering column pod for the '99, but do offer a single gauge A-pillar pod, model 15101 that will fit the '99 model Suburbans. Then we have universal options such as a 2204 mounting cup.

Hi Landon, thank you so much for contacting us. This is designed to fit on the Silverados and will not fit your S10. We currently only offer pillar mounts for S10's. Sorry for the bad news.
