I’m looking for this type pod for my 2010 Silverado HD. Might this work as I can’t find one specifically made for my application?

We do not offer a single pillar for the 2010, but we do have the dual pillar (17115) and the steering column pod (15023).

How does this fasten to the stock pillar? Are factory colored ones available?

Single pods include 4 push rivets that require 4 holes. While we do not have colors for this pod, it is completely paintable to any colors that you may want.
