Can a recall be installed on this tachometer ?

Hi, thank you for the question. The only item we would have to add recall to a non-memory tachometer would be our 5312 RPM activated switch/Playback Box, which includes 90 seconds of recording time and will play back on the tachometer. We also have a 5" in-dash memory tachometer in the Carbon Fiber line, model 4894; https://www.autometer.com/5-tach-10-000-rpm-in-dash-w-mem-sngl-range.html
