Thank you for your question. This tach would work with your engine for reading RPM. However, our gauges aren't designed to fit in any specific factory dash panel. They are generally built to be installed into aftermarket dash panels or mounts.

My "Cobra" speedo operates okay, but reads about +10 on average, Gearbox is a Tremec 5 speed. Is there a calibration method avail, OR does one have to obtain a different gearbox-to-instrument interface ? (I'm not the original installer)

What size is the hole have to be in the Dash Board and will it work on a 4 cylinder engine like an MGB ?

The Cobra tachometer is one of the only tachometers we offer that is compatible with 8 cylinder only. Everything else that is compatible with 4 cylinder is available in options to fit the following hole sizes: 3-1/8”, 3-3/8”, and 4-5/8”

I would like to install this tachometer in the original dashboard of 67 in place of the oil pressure and alternator.I am interested in buying a tachometer that fits externally and with dimensions to the instrument cluster.

do you sell a full set as a package i have a FF5 already built but im interested in upgradeing the dash gauges i need a set of 6 total gauges tach, speedodmeter, alt, water, oil, and fuel? and if so does it include any senors that may be needed??? mark

Thank you for your question. We do not have a dimension drawing, but it fits in a 4" hole, it has an outside diameter of 4.068", and it has a depth of 2.355".

Is the outside chrome bezel removable for an in dash install that has it's own mounting design to fit inside a 4" opening w/o the bezel?
