This product is black ABS. It can be painted with specialty paints sold for this specific material.

Is there enough room to open up the two 3-3/8" holes to accommodate two 3-3/4" holes instead? I have a MOTOR METER RACING EVO Series Digital 6 Gauge Set with a tack and speedo with a 95mm opening (plus room for the bezels) The 4 smaller gauges are 52.4mm.

Unfortunately there isn't enough room as the panel is designed around those specific gauge sizes.
