Finding the perfect place to mount your AutoMeter gauge can be a challenge sometimes. Using AutoMeter's universal gauge cup, you can mount your gauge anywhere you see fit. The universal pedestal gauge cup can be mounted inside or outside of the cabin, on top, or under the dash. The possibilities are endless.

Can I move the chrome cup forward/backward inside the chrome strap, or is the strap 'fixed' to the cup? That is without somehow damaging the 2 parts?

The cup can be rotated 360 degrees as well as slid forward and backward in the mounting strap.

How deep is the cup? And could you tell me how deep is the 2893 pedestal tach as well. I’m trying to compare buying a tack already on pedestal vs buying the cup and separate tach thanks.

The 2203 is 2-1/2" deep, and the 2893 is 3" deep.

Thank you for your inquiry. This cup will work with our mechanical oil pressure gauges, and includes a right angle fitting to allow the line to exit straight down.

Hi - can I use this cup to mount your #1477 2 1/16" tach to my steering column? Would it be be secured tightly enough inside the cup? Thanks

hi, i have bought the 2204 cup and an autometer electric temp guage, do i have to cut the threaded rods off the back or is there another way to fit? appreciated, oh, and nice products, much better than what i'm swapping out for...
