Can a pre selected mileage be set on your electric speedometer?

To have the mileage added to the speedometer you will need to place a special order over the phone. Please give us a call at 866-248-6356.

Buying 2687-M to install in 1989 Full-size Chevy Blazer with stock mechanical speedometer gear driven via cable off the NP241 transfer case. Do I need to purchase a sending unit (5291?) to go with 2687-M or does everything required come with it?

Thank you for your question. Yes, if you do not have an electronic VSS you will need #5291 for your application.
