works great, but...
...works great, but there need to be more Z-series electric speedo's to choose from - the #1479 speedo is a perfect example - it's a 120-mph unit with an electric old-school odometer - wish that speedo was available as a Z-series gauge.

Can the odometer be set to the current mileage, or will I have to restart from 0?

Yes, we can set add miles to the odometer but NOT take miles away.

Thank you for contacting us. The main, non-resettable odometer reads in whole numbers only. There is a resettable trip odometer that reads in tenths.

Hi there, I have a 1981 BMW e21 chassis 320i. The same as 2002. It's mechancial speedo. I'd like to buy AM mechanical gauge but it's not calibrated correctly for this gearing, so I need an electric one. What sender do I to make this 2688 work?

Interested in using with 1987 Corvette, which replaces the antique digital LCD display. Do I have wiring and proper signal to feed this gauge?

Thank you for your inquiry. This speedometer should work with the existing Vehicle Speed Sensor on your Corvette. It will be necessary to run new wires for this installation.
