Will not ground
Installed this pressure switch into a Earl's aluminum adapter and it will not ground out for correct operation. If I wrap bare wire around the metal housing and ground out the wire it works. The single prong/ self grounding doesn't work. Cheap.

On the 3241 pressure sensor while using on aluminum block what do I need to do to ground this sensor

Thank you for contacting us. An aluminum block is conductive and will make the ground through the threads. Just make sure not to use an excessive amount of sealant or Teflon tape.

What is the maximum oil pressure this sender with stand. I have a Kawasaki engine that runs about 75lbs., which destroys the usual auto senders in a short period of time. Will this sender take sustained 75lb pressure?

Thank you for your inquiry. Constant pressure of 75 PSI will not damage this sender.
