I ordered this gauge from Summit, the gauge comes with a small ''shipping pin'' that says gauge does not read zero until pin is removed. I removed the pin and my gauge still reads 2-3 in of vacuum. the pointer is not on zero. Do I have a faulty gauge?

If the pointer does not rest in the zero box with the retaining pin removed, we advise exchange directly with Summit.

Hey was just wondering how much power the led lighting draws? I'm assuming not much at all most likely less than 1 amp @ 12v, I cant find any technical information on the gauge just trying to figure out what size wire to run.

You can use 16 or 18ga wire with this unit. The lighting draws roughly 100MA.

Thank you for contacting us. This GM Bowtie series features white LEDs. The LEDs are also circuit board mounted so they cannot be changed or modified.
