can the odometer be programmed to read my current millage in my 99 dakota and continue from there?

This speedometer can be special ordered by phone only with miles pre-flashed into the odometer. There is a $25.00 service charge to do this, and it will slow the order process somewhat.
You would call 866-248-6356 to start the process.

While this speedometer will work with almost any vehicle speed sensor, it is not designed for motorcycle use. Check out the Pro Cycle section of our website for options.

Hi Adam, thank you for the question. If it's a later model T56 with a VSS, yes, the 4490 will work directly off the VSS. If you still have a VSS/speedometer signal off the computer, that should work as well.
