Product 4757 DESCRIPTION:
Transmission fluid temperature is the single biggest contributing factor to the lifespan of your automatic transmission. Having an accurate, realtime measurement allows you to know when to downshift or when to take your foot out of it. Whether you’re towing or simply trying to harness the power of a built or boosted motor, AutoMeter’s Trans Temp Gauge will give you the most accurate possible measurement for the exact temp of your trans fluid. A single wire 1/8” NPT temperature sender included to be installed in your transmission, transmission pan or with an optional transmission cooler line manifold is available for easy installation into a transmission cooler hard line.

2253 is incorrect. This gauge uses 2258:

This kit will come with the sensor that you would use for this gauge. The only thing that you would need is wiring.

Will this gauge stand up to the marine environment and is it available with custom rim colors to match the Carbon Fiber Marine set? If it will work on my boat, can the needle be made to match the C F Marine gauges? Thank you!!

Thank you for contacting us. No, this model is not designed for Marine use. It’s not sealed and does not use UV resistant paint like our Marine Series.
