Finding the perfect place to mount your AutoMeter gauge can be a challenge sometimes. Using AutoMeter's universal gauge cup, you can mount your gauge anywhere you see fit. The universal pedestal gauge cup can be mounted inside or outside of the cabin, on top, or under the dash. The possibilities are endless.

Holds any AutoMeter 3-3/8" 'In-Dash' tachometers or speedometers
Versatile mounting base design offers the ability to mounting using conventional fasteners or band clamps.

There is actually no wiring included with the 880084. You would need to provide the wiring or a harness.

I have Tach 3780 but would prefer to mount it without the shock style strap, do you have a standard strap or will cup 5204 work with this tach? Tach states 3-3/4" cup states 3-3/8".

Thank you for your question. The shock strap would have to be used as the housing of the gauge cannot be removed and can also not be installed into this pod.

Thank you for connecting with us. While we can't comment on a gauge that isn't ours and how it may fit, our mounting cup has a slot at the bottom and the mounting "strap" around the gauge is tightened to the base, which will tighten the cup to the gauge, holding it in place.
