This sender should work on most Chrysler transmissions. As long as you have the standard 7/8-18 fitting you should be good.

Hi, I would like to know if I got a universal digital dash for my g body from you and I'm doing a ls swap with a 4l80, do I still need speed sensor?
1
answer
Answer this Question
Steve from AutoMeter · 7 months ago
A 4L80 would already have a VSS on the transmission which you can use with any of our speedometer. You will need to splice into the Violet wire (high side signal) in order to obtain a proper signal for speed. For further assistance, please contact us at 866-248-6357.

I am attempting to replace an 8 pulse with this 16 pulse sender to get a more accurate reading. The application is a Mack semi truck. Can you tell me what the square pin size is? I think in the truck world there is a .187 or .15 inch size. Thank you
