Autometer Cobalt Digital 52.4mm Black Programmable Empty-Full Range Fuel Level Gauge

Product 6910 DESCRIPTION:
Traditionally, paring the proper fuel level level gauge to the application could be a more difficult task than it needed to be. The AutoMeter Digital Fuel Level Gauge drastically simplifies the process with it’s easily configurable resistance range. With 7 common configurations stored in memory from the factory, the vast majority of all applications are covered. In the instance your fuel level sender is not included in these preconfigured ranges, an innovative custom calibration mode allows any sending unit that operates between 0 and 280 ohms, empty or full, to be easily paired. Our “snapshot” programming method will allow you to capture the empty and full readings and the gauge does the rest. Digital display shows the percentage of fuel remaining (0-100%). No matter your application, there simply isn’t an easier solution for fuel level monitoring available on the market. A direct plug in wiring harness is included for ease of installation.

I want to run the 6910-SP in my jet boat. I am running a centroid products sending unit and the manufacturer says the electronics for there sending unit runs off the volts from the send terminal which needs to be 2 volts or higher. Will this combo work?

Thank you for your question. I am not sure what the ohm range on the stock '04 sending unit is, however, if empty and full are both between 0-280 ohms, the gauge can be calibrated to work.

Thank you for your question. We do not know what the exact Ohm range of your vehicle are but assuming empty and full are both between 0-280 ohms, this gauge can be programmed to work for your application.

Thank you for the question. Yes, the 6910 is programmable and features the pre 1965 GM 0-30 ohm sender setting as one of the presets.

I have a 6910 Gauge, Gauge flashes 0 on programs 1-7, on custom cannot get cco to display, doesnt like inputs to customise. Is this gauge or sender fault

Thank you for the question. The harnesses we use for most of our instruments, including the Programmable Fuel Level, use 22 gauge wire. We usually recommend 18-22 gauge.
