Does this come with the glove box plastic as well as the photo just shows the dash

No the glove box cover is not included. The plastic portion of the dash that the existing speedometer is located is cut away which separates it from the glove box assembly which is reused.

I would like to get a set that fits in the existing holes on my SS dash. Do you have a complete set? I want my original configuration with nes gauges.

Thank you for your question. None of our gauges are vehicle specific and they are not made to fit OEM dash holes. We do offer dash panels that accommodate our gauges for specfic vehicles, but we make those panels available because the OEM dash holes likely do not fit our gauges. Unfortunately, if you wanted to keep your original dash, you would need to find some type of mounting solution for our gauges.

Just wondering if there's a template included in #7026 kit to install this on a SS dash assembly. Its going on a 72 Chevelle. Most kits that I've seen included a template.

Thank you for the question. There is no template included, but for the SS you'll actually want the model 7025 Kit and not the 7026.

I have a 1972 Chevelle with a swept instrument cluster. Will the 7026 replace it? If so, what mods are required? I.e. Head lamp switch location? Does this kit require use of the speedo cable? I assume that I would need to cut holes for radio and lighter?

Hi Scott, thank you for the question. We do offer a kit for both the standard and SS; make sure you order the appropriate model. It is an overlay and due to the tolerances of older vehicles, relocating the head lamp switch, etc, there will be some modifications required. The speedometer we include is electronic and the kit includes a GM style speed sensor that will thread on and replace the cable at the transmission. Hi Joseph, thank you for the question. The 1969 El Camino Dash was different from the 1970-72. We do not offer a dash kit, but you can get that application from our partner over at http://classicdash.com/
You may find it listed under the 1969 Chevelle.

Hello! I've a 1970 Chevelle Malibu and I want to know if the reference Product # 7026 is really perfectly adaptable? As i'm in europe, Is it possible to replace in the kit the speedometer #1288 (in MPH) by the #1288-M (in KM/H)? Thanks
