Are the holes there for the turn signals and the high beam and is the radio cut out done with both control knobs?

The panel is as you see it. Signal holes are drilled to suit by the installer.

I have 71 chevelle ss. The 6 peice direct fit dash can I get it in pro comp? Can I convert pro comp electric Speedo to GPS with antenna? If I get GPS speedometer do I still need antenna? Can I get 6 peice with GPS already in place?

While we've not put together a package with all of the individual parts you're looking for, everything we sell is available separately and can be easily pieced together. The limiting factor in this case is the Pro Comp auxiliary gauges are only available in 2-5/8" sizes and this panel is designed for 2-1/16".
