Product 7057 DESCRIPTION:
Modification to an original dash can be a daunting task. AutoMeter makes it easy with a range of direct fit replacement dash panels that perfectly house AutoMeter instruments. Precision engineered and machined in the USA from billet aluminum, these panels drastically simplify the process of gauge installation while providing a clean, timeless look.
Feature Points
Fits one AutoMeter 3 1/8" instrument and four 2 1/16" gauges which feature a Street Rod bezel style. Will not accommodate gauges with Super, Monster, or SAE bezels. Please verify with your AutoMeter salesperson that the instruments you have selected will fit this panel.
Direct Fit gauge dash panel replaces original instruments in 1940-1946 Chevrolet and GMC trucks and accommodates 5 AutoMeter gauges.
Machined from billet aluminum in polished finish with ball milled details. Gauges mount from front of plate.
Pre-drilled to accept 3 LED lights (optional part #3283) for turn signals and high beam indicator.

This panel will not fit 41 pick up with 14 1/2” wide opening without extensive machining to add 1.45” plates on both ends. Drilling and tapping for screws in back to hold added pieces together including curved end pieces that need to be moved to outside edge of added plates.

12 5/8” wide x 4 3/8 high. I had toadd 1.450” plates to each side because my 41 is 14 1/2” wide opening

I’m looking to purchase this gauge cluster mount for my 41’ Chev AK Pickup. I’m looking through the different gauges and I don’t see where some of your gauges come in the mechanical option such as; fuel gauge, etc.

Thank you for your question. Not all our gauge types are available in mechanical. Fuel level is one that is only available as an electric gauge. Thank you for your question. It inserts from the back side of the dash & is held in place using the provided clips. The clips mount to the original studs that are on the dash.
