The suspension air struts use a shock body with an adjustable airbag that acts as the spring to support the weight of the vehicle. Air suspension provides for dynamic suspension tuning that adapts to changing road conditions to enhance the performance and driving characteristics of your vehicle. A common failure point on an air strut is an air leak through a punctured air spring, or a leaking air spring seal or fitting. The air upper and lower strut mounts use rubber bushings to absorb impact and over time the rubber can stretch, degrade, and oxidize leading to clunking over bumps.
