BimmerWorld S54 Vanos Oil Line

Our BimmerWorld S54 Vanos Line is the perfect answer to a problem we see on a consistent basis. We've seen enough Vanos-lines failures at the track that we now consider it an annual maintenance item. Our Vanos Line gets rid of the factory hardline, which is the typical failure joint, eliminating this weak point in the factory setup. Our line includes mounting tabs, which makes for an easy installation that stays cleanly routed, and it also includes proper heat shielding for long-term durability.

These lines operate consistently around 1,500psi, and the components in our line have easily endured extreme pressure cycle testing. If your car's primary purpose is track duty, then we do recommend purchasing an extra line as a spare.

Note: there is a small number of replacement Banjo bolts that are longer than the original. Because our new Banjo fitting is slightly shorter this causes the bolt to be too long. Over the years we have seen this only a few times but it should be mentioned. If you have one of these different bolts it must be shortened by 2mm or use an extra copper crush washer. It was not an issue on the original S54 Banjo bolt but if your bolt is not original you may see this issue.

Replaces BMW part number 11367837614 (currently over $250!). Fits all S54 engine applications, including E46 M3, MZ3, and MZ4.
