A must for any E46 track car!

These Delrin spacers fit over your steering rack shafts and reduce shaft travel by 15mm per side. This will also reduce tire > inner fender travel to help prevent rubbing of tire on the fender or brakes ducts. These are a simple solution to reduce tire rub on the inside when the wheel is turned to full lock. Great for reducing the likelihood of a tire rubbing through a brake cooling hose. Or a extra-wide tire from rubbing on the inner fender sheetmetal.

Installation can be done any time the tie rod boot is removed (although your steering rack should be correctly centered to ensure consistent turns left-right). Blue spacer is for the left / driver's side (white spacer is for the right / passenger's side). Note that this will increase your turning radius at full lock, which only really matters in parking situations. At speed on the street or track there will be no change at all.
