A multi-layered cotton gauze construction ensures the restraint of pollutants from as small as 7 microns. The company manufactures the characteristic red filter utilizing a "full molding" system that produces the filter from a single mold with no welded joints, thus avoiding easy breakage. The rubber used in the filter is extremely durable and has optimum adhesion characteristics to the shape of the airbox.
