FTP N54 PCV Valve Upgraded Replacement

The N54 PCV Valve is an upgraded replacement PCV valve for your N54 Engine and is strongly recommended for high-performance builds or higher mileage N54 engines.

The OEM plastic PCV valve does not hold pressure well, even when brand new. A leaky PCV valve allows turbocharged pressure to leak into the crankcase during boosted conditions. Depending on the condition of your PCV valve, the leakage could be worse.

If your valve cover is cracked, loose, or has a bad gasket, you may also experience additional pressure leaks — either external to the engine or internal into the crankcase — which can cause crankcase over-pressurization or other oil loss issues.
