Eurowise Baja Series Billet Upper Control Arms for Gen 1 Porsche Cayenne, VW Touareg, and Audi Q7 for Steel Spring Suspension

Developed specifically for off-road performance and long-travel suspension setups, the Eurowise Baja Series Billet Upper Control Arms are engineered for the 2004–2010 Cayenne, Touareg, and Q7 Gen 1 models equipped with steel spring suspension. (An air suspension version is currently in development.)

Each arm is CNC machined from aerospace-grade 6061 billet aluminum, delivering exceptional strength and precision. Designed in-house using advanced CAD modeling and CAM engineering, these arms have undergone extensive testing and refinement to meet the highest performance and durability standards.

Utilizing oversized PTFE-lined uniballs and stainless steel misalignment spacers, these arms allow for increased wheel travel and enhanced articulation, making them ideal for aggressive off-road use. Unlike mass-produced imports, Eurowise arms are proudly made in the USA, ensuring top-tier quality and performance.

Model-specific, heat-treated stainless steel spacers are precision-machined to match the factory taper, offering a direct bolt-on fit with no drilling or modifications required. The one-piece spacer design improves strength and reliability under load.

These control arms are designed to pair with 2.5”+ lift setups, correcting camber and caster geometry while eliminating the failure-prone OEM rubber bushings and ball joints.
A professional alignment is required after installation.

Important Installation Note:
Vehicles running longer-than-OEM travel shocks must install limiting straps to control droop. These arms allow more droop travel than stock, and without limiters, unsprung weight may overload the hardware. Any warranty is void if the system is not set up properly.

Temporary Fitment Note:
This version disables the factory level sensor bracket. Customers who purchase now will be sent an updated level sensor bracket as soon as it becomes available.
