This adaptor plate and gasket kit allows you to use an 05-newer Slot Style MAF sensor with a JLT Next Generation 12" High Boost intake.

Modification to the JLT tube is required - enlarging the hole

Tuning required

Includes mounting screws for plate to tube and MAF to plate, as well as a gasket.
