Volvo SPA 40k Mile Service Kit - Liqui Moly 523562

This kit contains all of the Volvo recommended service items that should be addressed every 40k miles. Here is a list of items included in every 40k mile service:

• Replace engine oil and filter
• Check engine, transmission, and timing gears (under plastic cover) for leaks
• Check fuel lines and connections for damage or leaks
• Replace engine air filter and clean airbox
• Check coolant/flush with new
• Check power steering fluid level (cars without electric steering)
• Check main steering components like ball joints and control arms for play, check alignment
• Inspect final drive and AWD components for leaks, torn boots, and play
• Check wiper blades, replace if needed
• Replace cabin air filter
• Clean inside of the windshield in front of collision warning sensors
• Replace brake fluid
• Check brake hoses for damage/wear
• Check light aiming/condition
• Check tires for even wear and appropriate pressure
• Check spare tire for appropriate pressure and condition (if applicable)

If you are at 80k miles and you have not changed the transmission fluid, AWD fluids, or spark plugs, this is the perfect time to add those as well. Spark plugs have a 60k mile interval, and transmission/drivetrain oils should be changed every 30-40k miles for best hardware longevity.

• For transmission only (FWD), use KIT-ATFWSKT
• The spark plug OE number for the DI 2.0T 4cyl is 31673604.

This kit contains Zerex® G48 coolant, which is OE formulated to Volvo coolant specifications. Color dye is dark blue, and can be mixed with all OE HOAT coolants regardless of color. You can read more about Zerex® coolant and your Volvo [HERE].

Use the following temperature table to determine how much dilution is correct for your application.

• 50/50: Temperatures from -34F to 265F
• 60/40: -62F to 270F
• 70/30: for -84F to 267F
