This Sinister Diesel Black Diamond Head Gasket directly replaces the OE head gasket in 2001 to 2010 Duramax LB7, LLY, LBZ, and LMM diesel engines. Each one features a 5-layer stainless steel sandwich design, plus an adaptive fluoroelastomer (FKM) coating. That means a heavy-duty seal which prevents gasses and fluids from flowing past. Select either a driver’s or passenger’s side gasket.
