DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING:  We’re happy that you’re happy with your stock center muffler, but we’d like to help you enhance the aesthetics with a set of bolt-on tips built to your specifications! Loose tips are available should you ever want to change the tips out separate from the backing plate. Logo customization – or no logo at all is optional – contact us for something special. The 991.2 tips are longer due to the difference in rear bumper depth from the .1 model, providing perfect fitment for all years.

CONSTRUCTION: Each backing plate is laser cut 1/8″ thick  T304L stainless steel while each tip is hand made from .065″ thick, 3.5″ diameter stainless steel tubing. Mikalor Supra Heavy-Duty W4 Clamps are included to mount the tips to the backing plate. Projection welding spots, swinging bridge, high-strength stainless steel bolt and the exclusive design of the captive nut and trunnion offer superior clamping forces and longevity. 

BOLT ON AND GO:  The bolt-on tips are a straightforward install that can be performed by most DIY enthusiasts in under a hour. Tip depth is adjustable by nearly an inch to get them to your liking.

NOTE:  The finish on uncoated natural stainless steel tips will develop a golden hue over time due to heat. For a long lasting finish please contact us to discuss all Jet-Hot ceramic and PVD coating options.
