This Tuffy engineered riser mounting kit for your 1997-2021 Ford Expedition is necessary for installation of your Tuffy Tactical Gear Drawer, if the vehicle has 3rd row seats (which must be removed), or has the floor configuration to accept the 3rd row seats under a non-structural floor cover.
This kit is not necessary if there is a solid structural flat floor in the cargo area suitable for mounting and supporting your Tuffy Tactical Gear Drawer.
The jack is still accessible when the drawer is removed from the your Tuffy Tactical Gear Drawer enclosure.
