ACX A90 / A91 MKV Supra DMLS Carbon Strut Brace

The AptusWorks A90 / A91 MKV Supra DMLS Carbon Strut Brace is engineered to significantly enhance chassis rigidity while reducing overall weight. Designed using advanced generative, cloud-based modeling, this brace utilizes stress-optimized geometry to deliver maximum strength with minimal material. The result is one of the lightest and most structurally efficient strut braces available for the Supra platform.

At the core of the system are Direct Metal Laser Sintered (DMLS) aluminum mounting points. This cutting-edge additive manufacturing process allows for complex organic shapes that cannot be achieved through traditional machining, ensuring optimal load distribution under high-performance driving conditions. Paired with a carbon fiber center section, the brace provides exceptional stiffness while maintaining an ultra-lightweight construction.

Each brace is produced in a limited run of 500 units and is individually laser-etched with a unique serial number.
