GruvenParts.com has designed CNC billet aluminum pulleys for the G60 / ABA / AEG 2.0L 8V Engines. Each pulley is precision machined to a run out of less than .001 on one of our HAAS CNC mill-lathes. The products are completed entirely on the CNC mill, and therefore have a nearly chrome surface finish. We are now offering the billet crank, tensioner, and alternator pulleys. Billet ABA // G60 Crank Pulley
Designed as an integral one piece pulley and fabricated from a solid chunk of 6061-T651 aluminum, this one weighs less than half of what the OEM crank pulley weighs. Comes complete with Grade 10.9 bolts for a drop in installation. Timing mark machined in as well.

Billet ABA Tensioner Pulleys
This pulley is manufactured from 6061-T651 aluminum and comes with a 20k RPM SKF bearing. With a max load and RPM rating over two times the OEM bearing, this billet tensioner will far outlast the OEM plastic part while taking any abuse you can throw at it. The upgraded bearing is larger than OEM, but the pulley is sized for perfect fitment on the engine and is very quick to install. Tech tip use a 19mm open end wrench on the inboard side of this pulley to hold it in place while installing. The OEM pulley requires a 17mm open end wrench. Billet ABA Alternator Pulley
This one is a paper light 100 gram version of the OEM steel pulley crafted from 6061-T651 aluminum. Allows the engine to spin up quickly and completes the set!
