These pulleys are precision CNC'd from aircraft grade billet aluminum. Complete pulley set reduces the rotating mass of the engine by 8 lbs!!

PLEASE NOTE - THE ONLY PULLEY THAT IS UNDER-DRIVE IN THIS SET IS THE POWER STEERING PULLEY. All others are normal OEM drive. In our experience, the only pulley safely capable of being under-driven is the power steering pulley. Installation of any or all of our pulleys does not require different length belt, and will not affect aftermarket supercharger installations.

Lightweight Billet Aluminum VR6 Tensioner Pulley 
Plastic may have made the bean counters at VW happy, but it has no business as a pulley on your high strung VR6 motor. Ours is extremely light weight and contains a precision bearing that will far outlast the OEM. We even use a snap ring to install the bearing, so if replacement was ever needed, it's a breeze. Fits Mk2, Mk3, and Mk4 12 Valve VR6 engines

Lightweight Billet Aluminum 12V VR6 Water Pump Pulley 
The OEM steel water pump pulley is stamped which creates internal stresses that eventually cause the pulley to crack at the sharp bend radius. Needless to say, you don't need this problem on a hot running VR. Ours is machined from a solid chunk of aluminum with generous corner radii and is therefore many times stronger than OEM. Weighing in at a scant 250 grams, its less than half the weight of the stamped OEM pulley. Fits ALL Mk2, Mk3 and Mk4 12 Valve VR6 engines.

Lightweight Billet Aluminum 12V VR6 Crank Pulley 
This pulley is NOT under-drive! 

Lose the boat anchor of the Audi and VW VR6 steel crank pulley with this 500 gram lightweight billet aluminum version. It is the lightest crank pulley out there and will allow the engine to spool up faster while preventing inertial losses caused by the overweight OEM pulley. It has been proven by countless hours of track abuse in normally aspirated, turbocharged, and supercharged VR6 engines. Comes with a specially machined replacement key for a perfect fit. Fits Mk2, Mk3, and Mk4 VW and Audi 12 Valve VR6 engines.

Lightweight AND Under-Drive Billet Aluminum 12V VR6 Power Steering Pulley 
A lightweight billet aluminum version of the OEM power steering pulley, sized to allow a 10% reduction in power steering pump rotational speed. This will lessen the parasitic losses from the power steering pump at higher rpms by preventing pump over-rotation. This pulley fits ALL MK2, MK3, and MK4 12 valve VR6 engines. Please note this pulley is non-ribbed which allows us to achieve the under-drive feature. Similar to the water pump pulley, ribs are not needed on the power steering pulley. This pulley has been proven by countless hours of track abuse with no problems whatsoever.

A 100 gram paper-light billet aluminum version of the steel OEM alternator pulley that lets the motor spin more freely. Complete your pulley set for a show quality engine bay. Fits Mk2, Mk3 and Mk4 12 Valve VR6 engines and 2.0L 4 cylinder engines.
