A very high performance brake and clutch fluid based on borate ester technology, providing excellent high temperature performance along with a viscosity far below that of the DOT 4 specification. The product also meets the requirements of the so called “Super DOT 4 (DOT 4 +) fluids.

DOT 5.1 fluids are popular for demanding applications in the European aftermarket because of their wide applicability and the enhanced user safety they offer. In many cases a DOT 5.1 fluid can replace several other grades with associated savings for the stockist.

As one would expect from a major brake manufacturer, expertise gained from long experience of working with braking systems and vehicle manufacturers benefits our entire product range with products being tested to standards far above the normal.

Features and Benefits:

  • High boiling point to resist vapor lock.
  • Very high wet boiling point to give extra safety margin in service.
  • Lower viscosity (thinner) at low temperatures for increased performance in cold climates.
  • Good lubricity
  • High thermal stability
  • Controlled rubber swelling
  • Provides excellent protection against corrosion and oxidation

Recommendations for use:

  • Vehicles for which a DOT 4 fluid is specified
  • Vehicles for which a Super DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 are specified
  • Vehicles fitted with modern braking systems (ABS / ESP)
