Volvo Cooling Hose Kit - Genuine Volvo 30774512KT

This kit services all the common plastic failure points on the engine cooling system in Volvo 3.2l and 3.0T 6 cylinder vehicles.

There are two styles of water pump used on these engines: The early style with a flat plate flange, and a more conventional later style. Due to the transition to electric power steering on some models, the later style pumps do not share a pulley with the power steering pump. For some models, this change happened midway through 2010 Before ordering any part, be sure to verify fitment in the application table.

S60, S80, V70, XC70 up to mid-2010:

If you plan on replacing the coolant pipe o-rings and seals on the back of the engine, also add:

• 2x 30650776 - Main coolant pipe flange gaskets
• 1x 30670569- Main coolant pipe o-ring (to water pump)
• 1x 975667 - Upper coolant pipe o-ring
• 1x 976045 - Inlet pipe o-ring

For 3.0T turbocharged engines, it's also highly recommended to replace the turbo cooling rubber hose sections at this time.
