We’ve preserved the best elements of the factory BMW turbos while eliminating key weaknesses like the small inlet area, inefficient oiling, and outdated thrust bearing design. Then we went further—implementing proprietary VTT enhancements and casting all components to OE-quality standards.

The result? A true drop-in turbocharger solution capable of producing 900–1000WHP with the GC, and 1200+ WHP with the GC+, all while maintaining near-stock spool and full compatibility with OEM oil, water, downpipe, and charge pipe connections.

Note: While noticeable gains are possible with stock supporting mods, full power potential requires proper tuning and hardware upgrades.

• From the factory, F9X models come with no dedicated boost venting system—relying solely on valvetronic for throttle modulation, which performs poorly under high boost and increased airflow. When upgrading to high-flow turbos and running elevated boost levels, venting pressure on throttle release becomes critical to prevent compressor surge and long-term damage.

 Important Note on Boost Limit:

F90 platforms have a 38 PSI boost cap. Exceeding this limit voids the warranty. Overspeeding turbos—just like over-revving an engine—leads to failure. Logs will be required for all warranty claims.
