Radium Engineering Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit Ford Coyote/Voodoo

Manufactured with large internal bores, the fuel rails can support all necessary engine power requirements. They are CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. Like the OEM fuel rails, the injector bores are 14mm ID so factory injectors are permitted. There are provisions for the retaining clips for proper indexing of all OEM fuel injectors. There are 2 sets of fuel rail mounting feet that cover all Ford Coyote intake manifolds.

The fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB and 1/8 NPT. Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

• Unless 20-1433-PK is purchased, P/N: 14-0358 is required to adapt the OEM direct injection pump feed hose.
• Unless 20-1433-PK is purchased, P/N: 14-0359 is required to adapt the OEM fuel sensor.

The fuel rail plumbing kit allows for an OEM bolt-on affair. Nothing else is required to fully replace the OEM fuel rail system. All OEM fuel hoses and sensors (if applicable) are reused for all Ford Coyote generations. Some parts will not be used. The 8AN crossover is manufactured from high quality PTFE hose compatible will all fuel types including E85. Plugs are included for all unused ports.

NOTES

• A pressure sensor adapter and mechanical pump feed adapter are included specifically for the 2018+ direct injected Coyote engines.
• For the 11-17 Coyote engines, the provided 1/8" NPT plugs will be used instead.
