is this guage available in mechanical and is there a chrome pod pedistal style to fit it.6ft lead would be nice.

Thank you for your question. This gauge is not available in a mechanical version. We do offer a chrome pedestal mounting cup, which is model #2203.

Yes this is electric. It has a new sender provided with the gauage. You will need to provide ignition switched 12v power, 12v power from your lighting circuit, a wire from the sender and grounding to make it work. It comes with great installation instructions.

Are the Chevy vintage gauges waterproof? I would like to mount them outside my windshield on my Impala. Looking for water temp, oil pressure and tacho. If this range is not waterproof, do you have any which are? Thanking you, Gavin

Thank you for your question. No, the Chevy vintage gauges are not waterproof. Only our Extreme Environment gauges are waterproof.
