Hi,
This 15031 Steering Column Mount will only fit a 2015 and up F150 with column shift. It will not fit your 1986 E350.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a dual pod for the steering column of a 2008 f250. We have part #15024 which would be a single pod mount for your steering column.
