Does this fit the entire 2004-2008 F-150 range, or just the 04-05 that the description indicates?

Thank you for your question. These pods are only available in one color, however, they are made and designed to be painted so you can paint it to match whatever interior your vehicle has.

With this specific unit do you lose the grab handle
