Poor Quality
Had installed on my 99 softail and every time I wash my bike it gets flooded with so much water that I have to drain it, but you can't drain all the water and when my bike heats up it steams up the screen where I cannot read the speed. The price of these things and having an issue like this is ridiculous. Buyer beware.

This speedo is listed as 2-5/8" diameter. Does that mean the diameter of the face or the outside diameter of the unit itself?

The overall bezel diameter is 2-13/16. There is a cup on the back of the product that can be removed to allow you to mount into a 2-5/8 diameter hole. Typically these types of tachometers are used with custom motorcycle brackets that accept the cup on the back which will fit into a 2-11/16 diameter hole.

I have a autometer pro cycle speedometer like this one from 2002 and it stoped working. I bent the ring off and found out it is way above my head with the 3 circuit boards. I dont have a receipt. So is it possible for you to take a look at repairing it

While not a direct replacement, you should be able to remove the mounting cup from this unit as well as a small black bracket on the back to better match what was in originally in the Big Dog.
