Good Unit, just needs a better tip
This is a very accurate gauge, I just wish you had a straight shot to engage the tire instead of an angled tip. The straight tip is soo much easier to use instead of the angle cut. I would recommend this product with an explanation

Purchase awhile back and suspected high readings then check against several other quality gages to find 2psi high !...told that 1.5 psi plus or minus is normal-Ugh...not very accurate...

I have a tire pressure gauge part # 2343, serial number 01161086. I have had this Auto Meter tire pressure gauge for many years. The washer in the chuck has come out and is lost. How can I get a replacement? Without the washer it won’t seal. Thanks

Thank you for your question. The vast majority of all AutoMeter gauges are made in our factory in Sycamore, IL. Unfortunately, our tire pressure gauges are one of the exceptions, #2160 is manufactured in Taiwan.
