Pressure is Pressure. If your boost is going to be within this range, you should have no issues using this gauge.

Hi, What is the max operating temperature of this unit and can it be mounted horizonal?

Hello Steve S. We’re not sure of the exact temperature spec, but these are fully designed to be used in an enclosed racing engine compartment, usually directly mounted to the engine. Yes, it can be horizontally mounted. There is a vent “plug” on the unit that would have to be closed to avoid leakage.
