Finding the perfect place to mount your AutoMeter gauge can be a challenge sometimes. Using AutoMeter's universal gauge cup, you can mount your gauge anywhere you see fit. The universal pedestal gauge cup can be mounted inside or outside of the cabin, on top, or under the dash. The possibilities are endless.

Hi, I have bought 2pc 2-1/16", PEDESTAL 2204 To mount an oil pressure gauge 2421 and a water temperature gauge 3337-M. Do they not fit together? Because the holders are not deep enough. When the cables are mounted, it is impossible.

Since this cup has a cut out in the back for mechanical gauges this can be used with any of our 2-1/16" gauges.

The base on the 2203 and 2204 mounting cup is 1.25 inches wide.

For product 2204: Is it the cup and the base made of metal or plastic? What is the depth of the cup? How will the instrument be retained/fixed in the cup?

The 2204 cup, base, and strap are all metal. The depth of the cup is about 2.66”. The cup is slotted at the bottom and the mounting strap basically acts as a clamp to hold the gauge in the cup. Most of our gauges will require the mounting studs to be trimmed if they’re mounted in a cup.

Thank you for your question. There's a slight concave to the very back of the cup and it's 2-9/16" to the deepest part, 2-3/8" deep on the edges. The inside diameter is 2-1/16".

Will the gage pod #2205 work with a VDO 332-041 2 1/8" volt meter that is designed for a flat dash board and has a screw on cup to secure it to a lip? I don't see a lip on the front of this pod.

Hello! This pod is designed to fit a 2 1/16" gauge. We have no information on fitment of products other than our own in these cups.

What are the dimensions of your gauge mounts, #2204 (2 1/16") and #5204 (3 3/8")? Height mainly. Will Sierra Marine tachometer (3") #62565P and volt meter #62555P (2") fit these mounts. These gauges are for a two cylinder outboard.

Thank you for your inquiry. The 2204 is approximately 2-3/4" high. The 5204 is approximately 3' high.
We have no information on fitment of products other than our own in these cups.
