Can the bulb sockets be removed from the rear of the gauges and the bulb removed from the socket to change burned out bulbs? Or are the bulbs soldered directly to the wires where you have to rewire the fixture every time a bulb goes out.

The bulbs can be removed if they are ever burnt out by simply removing the socket from the backside of the gauge. From there you will be able to access the bulb and remove it from the socket to then replace it with a known good bulb.

Is the 2-5/8" white face Water Temp Auto Gage replaceable from this Gauge Console? Mine is reading about 50 deg F high at operating temp, and rests at 160 deg F in a 65 deg F garage. Any ideas? Would the air-core 4437-SPEB fit and be a better choice?

Hi Daniel, sorry for the problem you're encountering. Unfortunately the white AutoGage instruments are not available separately. You can send the gauge into us for service, however. The 4437 and any variation would certainly work for you, but would not match the others. While not required, this form will show all the required information for sending your gauge in for service evaluation:

I bought the 2399 gauge set and like to change the oil gauge to braided line, do you sell this item for 4-6"? If I like to find something off brand that fits what type of fittings coupling should I search for?

Thank you so much for contacting us. That gauge uses an 1/8" NPT male fitting on the back and can use any of our braided line kits:
