Hi,
Our 2-1/16" clocks will not fit into the OEM hole in a 55 Chevy dash without some modification of the dash panel itself.
Thanks,
Jim

I have read terrible reviews about the 4385 clock due to the bulb overheating. Has this been resolved with an LED bulb?

Thank you for your question. This clock comes with an incandescent bulb, however, you can swap out that bulb with any T3 wedge based LED bulb if you prefer.

Thank you for your question. Our clocks have gone through an internal redesign. We had received some feedback from our customers regarding our clocks, so we took a step back and reevaluated them, then implemented upgrades to the internal mechanism which directly addressed the concerns our customers had expressed.
